Due to high volume of orders, we try our best to ship your orders within 2-4 business days. from the time your order is placed, this means if you have selected expedited service that will be counted from the day your order is shipped. We ship Monday to Friday and do not work on weekends or holidays. Any additional delay we are having we will put a note on our homepage and will not personally email or notify. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Keep in mind we try our level best to ship your order as fast as we can.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We do not accept any return due to the nature of the product. Most fragrance companies have the same policy as we are not able to resell the returned product due to risk of it being tampered with. If it’s a scent that you did not like, kindly see if you can pass it or gift it to someone or resell it at any marketplace.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Contact our customer service team by email and we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund according to our return policy.

We ship worldwide, however there are some countries have restrictions on shipping fragrance products. You can see if we ship to your country at checkout. Kindly note all shipment liability is at buyer expense for international orders, like customs, VAT, or any additional charges. In case a package is rejected we cannot reimburse any charges or refunds. Kindly check your countries VAT /Customs policy before making a purchase. We try our best to ensure proper documentation, but we cannot control any of the other factors involved in the country customer declaration policy.
